Upon arrival, please check your item IMMEDIATELY for damages. If there is something broken or wrong, you MUST contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving your item so that we may resolve your issue either with a refund or an exchange.

. Send us your order confirmation number

. Send in photos of the damages to the Toy(s) as well as a detailed description of the issue.

Once you've completed ALL of the steps, we WILL resolve the issue
